IRON TUSK TATTOO'S 1ST ANNUAL DRAWING CONTEST
TO ENTER:
Draw an original design, in any style, that you would like to wear as a tattoo.
Bring it IN PERSON to be submitted at Iron Tusk Tattoos and piercings. ( Please leave your full name, and your phone number. All designs will be available for pick up as soon as the winner is chosen.)
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Submissions must be submitted in person, during normal business hours the entire month of January 2025.
You must be atleast 18 years old by the end of January 2025 to enter. Your design must be original. Please make your design no larger than a normal sheet of paper. Any traditional media is welcomed. (Pencil, ink, colored pencils, charcoal, paint etc. But NO DIGITAL ART WILL BE ACCEPTED) You may submit up to 2 designs. But if you submit 2, the style and subject matter must be completely different from each other.
WHAT ARE WE JUDGING ON:
We want to see what our local artists can do!!!
We're looking for the most creative design! Keep in mind, that you are designing something specifically intended to become a tattoo. We're hoping for interesting and unique subject matter, appealing and legible composition with good "flow", and attention to detail. Any style is welcomed, get crazy with it! We will also be judging artistic details such as cleanliness of the design, clarity of detail, expressiveness, contrast and depth, creativity, and overall impressiveness.
OUR WINNER:
Our winner will be chosen the first week of February. You will recieve a tattoo of the design that you submitted, done by Emmet. He can tattoo your design "as is", or if you would prefer for him to make minor adjustments to just "clean up the design", he can.
